Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Your satisfaction is our priority. Read here how we handle feedback, complaints, and resolve any disputes in a fair and transparent manner.
1. Our Commitment to Players
At our casino, we strive to provide every player with a flawless, safe, and enjoyable experience. However, we understand that things sometimes do not go as expected. Whether it involves a delayed payment, a technical glitch during a game, or an ambiguity about a bonus condition; we take every form of feedback extremely seriously. Our goal is to resolve any issues quickly, professionally, and to your complete satisfaction.
2. Step 1: Contacting Customer Support
The fastest way to resolve an issue is to contact our dedicated customer support team directly. They are specially trained to handle most questions and problems immediately.
- Live Chat: For the fastest response, we recommend using the Live Chat feature. This is available via the chat button in the bottom right corner at any time during your gaming session.
- Email: You can also email your complaint or question to our support department. Always clearly state your account name, the time of the incident, and a detailed description of the situation.
Our support team aims to provide an initial substantive response to your message within 24 hours and to resolve the issue immediately in most cases.
3. Step 2: Formal Complaints Procedure
If you believe that customer service has not adequately resolved your problem, or if you disagree with the proposed solution, you can file a formal complaint. This process is as follows:
- Request customer support to escalate your case to the management team.
- The management team will independently review the entire file, including chat history and transaction details.
- Within a maximum of 10 working days, you will receive a formal, written response containing the final position of the casino.
- If the investigation takes more time (for example, due to technical checks with game providers), you will be notified in a timely manner.
4. External and Independent Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Should you still be dissatisfied with the outcome after the full internal complaints procedure, you have the right to submit your dispute to an independent third party. This is known as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
In such a case, you can contact a recognized and independent regulator or ADR provider specializing in the iGaming sector. They will act as an impartial mediator and assess the case objectively. The decisions of a recognized ADR provider are binding for the casino. Please note that an external body usually only takes a case into consideration after the internal complaints procedure of the casino has been fully completed.
5. Player Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth investigation, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines during the procedure:
- Ensure that you immediately save and attach all relevant evidence (such as screenshots or error messages).
- Remain respectful in your communication with our staff. Aggressive or abusive language will not be tolerated and may lead to the closure of your account.
- Submit complaints as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the incident occurred. Later reports may be more difficult to investigate due to technical restrictions (such as game history retention).
